Unless otherwise stated in the Grant Agreement, progress and final project reports shall be submitted in the following format:
ROTRF Project Reports
Submission of ROTRF Progress Project Reports |
The progress reports shall include progresses made on the specific aims as outlined in the grant application and the results that have been achieved so far with the funding of the ROTRF.
The progress report shall be submitted in the following format:
- Maximum of 500 words
- 1 key figure with legend
- Reference list shall include all publications, manuscripts, abstracts and oral presentations arisen from the ROTRF-supported research (where the ROTRF has been acknowledged as funding agency). No general literature shall be included in the reference list.
- The format for the references shall follow the citations rules for "Transplantation".
Please note that no other format will be accepted as progress report.
As per Grant Agreement the ROTRF shall be acknowledged in all publications arising from the ROTRF grant and that the ROTRF should receive one copy (electronic or paper) of such publications.
The report will be published in the ROTRF Annual Report and on the ROTRF homepage. Should sensitive information/data be submitted for evaluation by the ROTRF Board of Trustees that should not be published and disclosed to a general audience, this information is to be included in a separate, confidential Appendix (duly marked).
The report is to be submitted to the ROTRF Secretariat by email at [email protected].

Submission of ROTRF Final Project Reports for Request of Project Extension |
The final reports shall include progresses made on the specific aims as outlined in the grant application and the results that have been achieved with the funding of the ROTRF.
The final report for requests of a Project Extension shall be submitted in the following format and contain:
1) Abstract: 250 words, 1 key figure with legend, and a reference list shall include all publications, manuscripts, abstracts and oral presentations arisen from the ROTRF-supported research (where the ROTRF has been acknowledged as funding agency)*. No general literature shall be included in the reference list.
AND
2) Extensive Project Report
Please note that no other format will be accepted as final report.
